Due to the growth of the Work it Out! methodology, we now have immediate opportunities for two additional freelance Trainers and Facilitators to support projects starting in late February and March 2018.

Work it Out! is now in its 7th year. The innovative empowerment methodology is well established and used widely to support individuals and a range of needs across the private, community, public, education and government sectors. We currently deliver projects across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and England. We also provide advice and support to agencies worldwide. The continued success of the Work it Out! approach offers exceptional opportunities for Trainers and Facilitators keen to grow their experience and influence.
THE ROLE These opportunities offer incredible flexibility in terms of the initiatives you work on and the number of days you choose to work. We’re looking for experienced Trainers and Facilitators who can work in a bottom-up way and who understand empowerment processes. Most of all you will be driven by the chance to make a real difference in people’s lives. This is ideal as a bolt-on opportunity to what you currently do or as a new career move. All of out team work on a self-employed basis.
ADDING VALUE Our approach is not just to deliver the work and achieve the outcomes - but also to 'harvest' all learning from the process so this can be shared. You'll be working 'horizontally' across different initiatives to explore potential linkages and new ways of working. We will be looking for you to add exceptional value to each assignment by producing case studies, evaluation reports, training packages, ebooks, etc.. We want you to be part of the success of Work it Out! So, we are looking for individuals who are keen to make their mark on every Work it Out! project that they contribute to. We invest heavily and take huge pride in every assignment.
