What is Work it Out Coaching?
 
Work it Out Coaching is built around the whole person and how we can build effective relationships with people in the workplace.

The objective is always to help the person
  • to be successful in their role
  • to impact upon and see the value of their contributuion to the organisation
  • to feel fulfilled and be happpy at work and
  • to have a clear sense of building their career/future.

A one day in-house programme for Community / Voluntary organisations, Local Authorities, Universities / Colleges, Health bodies and Charities.

Overview
Traditional voluntary sector funding models are no longer sustainable and are not adequate. Many voluntary sector bodies are recognising this and creating a new approach which is not just based mainly on grants.

The Work It Out! Community Sustainability programme helps organisations to achieve their aims by moving from dependency and grants to building a secure range of income streams and becoming fully sustainable.

Who for?

Objectives of the 2 day programme
To detail a ten point plan to show voluntary sector and community based organisations how they can re-focus their current operations to achieve sustainability.

To design and develop a range of new income streams, revenue generating projects and options suitable for implementing in each organisation.

To ensure that each organisation (or Department) has a clear 12 month plan for maximising income possibilities and becoming sustainable.

Action Plan
Each organisation leaves with a clear strategy and action plan that will enable them to implement their Sustainability strategy immediately.

Coaching is therefore is much too narrow a word to describe the process. It's about conversations, building relationships and working (every way we can) with people to help them to achieve their goals. So, we are not just providing an isolated or detached support service like traditional coaching. Our Coaches use their full toolkit of skills, experience, knowledge, contacts and expertise. A better word for our Work it Out Coaches are effectively Work it Out Practitioners.
 
We say to colleagues from the start that we are here to work with you – to help you to work it out. We don't just advise and leave them to it.
 
Our three core principles are:
Collaboration – we work with the person and build a strong supportive relationship.
Accountability – we know what results we are working towards together and this is our compass.
Integrity – we are our ‘true selves’ in this process and not just delivering a service.
 
Work it Out Coaching is about a commitment to the other person. It is not a detached role. The process is a continuous one starting with your initial coaching session. This is then followed up with support and ongoing work with the person. Work it Out Coaching is you as a combination of coach, manager, trainer, consultant and advisor.

You are working collaboratively with the person and using your full set of tools, skills and experience that you have gathered. It's called Work it Out Coaching because you work it out with the person and achieve the results together.

Here's a summary of the 12 month programme for developing
and supporting new Work It Out! Coaches


1. Creating the Framework.
Initial meetings (to agree framework for joint working, development process and meeting your personal objectives).

2. The Work It Out! Coaching model and process
​Theory, individual approaches, case studies, scenarios, etc. This is a 12 week development/study element with modules delivered online. There are 6 assignments to be completed.

3. Applying the Work it Out! Coaching process and methodology for your key target individuals/sectors
Building upon your strengths, previous experience and sector expertise to fast forward your success - and ensure you become established quickly.

4. Clarifying your business model
Creating your client funnels, specifying your funding/fee structure and your detailing you unique approach..

5. Marketing Module
​We will actively work with you to help you to build your Coaching business. You will learn how to ‘position‘ yourself/what you do, your ‘brand(s)’, your range of offerings and your web presence.


6. Working with you as your Coach.
Des will work with you every month as your Coach so that you experience the success of the approach first hand. Ultimately this is about you achieving what’s important for you.

7. Your first six coaching clients
​
Many Coaching courses just teach you about Coaching. They don't show you how to get, maintain and build your client base.

8. Integrating Work it Out! Coaching with the other parts of what you do
​How you can build your business with add on sales, linked sales and opportunities.

9. Growing your Coaching business
Building your client base, testimonials, success stories, web presence, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc - from week one.

10. Ensuring a sustainable business framework going forward
How you can leverage the process for greater impact (e.g. through products, training, networks, etc.).

Initial Training Session
Following your appointment you will be invited to an initial one day in-person training session.

Cost
The total cost of the twelve month supported development programme should be £11,950
Diversiton is providing 60% sponsorship so the actual cost is just £4,780 inclusive..

This includes
- A one day intensive introductory workshop (£700)
- Work it Out! Coaching (training & accreditation) (£1,500)
- 18 one-to-one coaching & support sessions for you (£1,800)
- Ongoing email and phone support between sessions (£2,000)
- Bespoke business development plan to help you to build your business (£2,950) and 
- A 12 month exclusive delivery License (£3,000)


So, everything you need for just €5,495 / £4,750 / $5,950 for 12 months.
